1. Mirage was one of Klaus's absolute best albums. Creating a frozen wonder land with synth music. His first album to show Klaus as a great synth artist and a truely confident one at that. I've listened to this album repeatedly and floated away to every tone/5(49).

5. Jan 25,  · Schulze relies of some clicking percussions to keep an underlying beat underneath more anxious and lush orchestral sounding synthesizers. It's a nice addition to the album and really rounds off the cd on a high note. Overall, Mirage may not be Klaus Schulze's best album (in my opinion at least), but it certainly is an interesting piece of work.

7. In Schulze started a solo career as an electronic musician and released a couple of heavily experimental albums, "Irrlicht" and "Cyborg". 's "Cyborg" was the first release where he used a "real" synthesizer, the legendary VCS 3 and later in the 70's he would record albums such as "Moondawn", "Mirage" and "X" and embark on several tours.
